This Mul cotton saree is a study in contrasts. Blood red is one of the hardest shades to achieve in hand block printing, which makes this piece especially rare and special. The pallu brings a bold, graphic finish: a solid black field scattered with large cream circles that read like phases of the moon. A fine black-and-white striped block-print border with a delicate patterned edge frames the saree and ties the look together.

The fabric is light and breathable, so it stays comfortable through long days and gets softer with every wash. Mul cotton is a natural, biodegradable fibre, and block printing relies on skilled hands rather than heavy machinery, which keeps the process gentle on the planet.

Because each piece is printed by hand, small variations in the pattern are part of its character, not flaws. No two sarees are exactly alike, so yours is truly one of a kind. A fine stitched edge on the border gives it a neat, finished look.
