We at Gulawat strive to provide high-quality clothing and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Please read our return policy carefully before making a request.

Returns

Eligibility for Return:

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products should be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or any custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

Contact our customer care team at [email or phone number] within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
Our team will schedule a pick-up from your address or guide you on the nearest drop-off location.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after the return is approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchange:
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to availability.
Exchanges are allowed for the same product style. If the product is out of stock, you may choose to return it for a refund.

Exchange Process:
Initiate an exchange by contacting our customer care.
Mention your order number and the product details for exchange.
We will schedule a pick-up for the original product and ship the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Products
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a pick-up and provide a full refund or replacement as per your preference.

Important Notes
All items must pass our quality check before being accepted for return or exchange.
If a return does not meet the requirements, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.
