Are the colours safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our colours are made from natural ingredients such as turmeric, marigold, beetroot and alum, with no chemical dyes. They are gentle and safe, though every skin is different.

Will the colour fade after washing?

Natural colours may run slightly, but they will never fade away on their own. Instead, they grow more beautiful with time. Follow the care instructions that come with your piece to keep its colour at its best.

How should I wash my product?

We recommend a gentle hand wash or dry cleaning, depending on the fabric and dye. Always follow the care instructions provided with your saree.

Why does my product have slight variations?

That is the beauty of something made by hand. Subtle variations in colour, texture or print are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles, not imperfections.

How do I place an order?

Choose your piece, select your size where applicable, and tap Add to bag. Open your bag, tap Checkout, enter your delivery details and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I exchange or return my order?

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged product. A delivery charge of ₹200 applies to the exchange.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch: your order is dispatched within 20 days of being placed.
Delivery: once dispatched, delivery takes 7–10 working days.
In total: expect your order in about 27–30 days from the date of purchase.
